DUC THANH GARMENT COMPANY began in august 2001, with 200 employees. To data, we employ over 3000 people in 3 factories, spanning two countries. Our growth and expansion has enabled us to encompass the entire supply chain, from acquisition to delivery.
At Duc Thanh, we work to meet our clients' needs every step of the way. We can be your first and last contact regarding the production of your product. From the initial selection of materials to ironing the last seam, Duc Thanh can fulfill all your garment needs.

We currently have 3 factories, Duc Thanh and Thanh Truc both located in South Viet Nam and Svay Rieng located in Cambodia. Our facilities are up to all safety standards and zoning codes and provide ample workspace and rest for our employees.
Our current production capacity is approximately 1.100.000 garments per month. We have 2000 machines and employees skilled in each of their uses. Even with such large scale manufacturing available, we still maintain allow minimum order quantities.

We believe that the quality of our product depends on the quality of our employees. We treat our employees well and provide them with excellent working conditions. We provide superior pay and great benefits, including 2 free meals a day, one hour lunch breaks, on site parking, vacation benefits and overtime pay. Our employee turnover is extremely low, thereby allowing us to retain both skilled and experienced personnel.

Our manufacturing and production are not limited. We can produce any item according to your specifications. From selection of textiles, to cutting, to assembly, all 3 of our factories are capable of embodying the entire manufacturing process. From production of the simplest styles such as nursing, to jeans and jackets, we are not constrained by any specific style or material. Our machinery and our facilities are state of the art and capable of meeting all your production needs.

Our third facility is an overflow unit. We currently employ 450 people at this facility utilizing 300 manufacturing machines. Monthly production capacity is approximately 150.000 garment.
